We use your information to create and manage your account, display your listings, facilitate communication between buyers and sellers, process boost payments, send listing expiry notifications and saved-search alerts, improve our services, and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Listing Visibility
Property and vehicle listings are publicly visible. Contact details you include in a listing (name, phone) are shown to other users. Service provider contact details are only revealed after a booking is accepted.
4. Messaging
Messages sent through our in-app messaging feature are stored on our servers to enable communication between users. We do not sell or share message content with third parties.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use local storage to remember your language preference, display mode (grid or list), and login session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
6. Payment Information
Boost payments are processed through our payment partner. We do not store your full card or payment details on our servers. Transaction references and payment status are retained for record-keeping.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (payment processing, file storage, AI features) under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information when required by law.
8. AI Features
Our AI advisor and translation features process your search queries and listing text through third-party AI services. We limit the data sent to what is necessary for the feature and do not use your data to train external models.
9. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Listings are retained after expiry for reference and renewal. You can request deletion of your account and associated data through your profile settings.
10. Your Rights
You can update your profile information at any time. You can delete your listings and saved items. You can request a full export or deletion of your account data by contacting support.
11. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password storage, and row-level access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
12. Children's Privacy
Tewedaj is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify significant changes through the app or your registered email.
